Meet the melissa doman, LLC team
Our team’S mission:
To provide skills-based education that helps companies, leaders, and individuals learn how to effectively talk about mental health, communication, and team dynamics at work. Mel cares to her core about this mission and has been fortunate enough to find a team that truly does too. She wants to make a growing impact in the World of Work, and couldn’t do it without the incredible people mentioned below who support her business, so she can do that.
Her team management philosophy is this: “I get out of the way so my team can do the great things and what they do best. They have such incredible skills that I don’t, so when they advise me, I listen. They have a deep care for this mission and my work. The resulting trust, collaboration, and fun we have is what I always dreamed of having in my growing business - and I feel deeply fortunate that it became a reality.”
